Description

  • Manage paid acquisition and retention across Meta, Pinterest, and Google, with potential expansion to TikTok and AppLovin.
  • Own channel-level budgets, spending decisions, and cost-to-performance outcomes.
  • Run frequent creative, channel, and platform experiments to improve performance and expand capacity.
  • Use AI tools to automate reporting, testing, optimization, and campaign workflows.
  • Collaborate across teams to connect marketing systems and workflows.
  • Explore GEO/AEO as an emerging acquisition channel.
  • Build reporting visibility across email, SMS, organic social, and other owned channels.
  • Support performance management across additional brands as automation capabilities develop.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and at least one additional platform such as Pinterest or TikTok.
  • Experience managing channel-level budgets and accountability for cost-to-performance results.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools for campaign optimization, reporting automation, or workflow acceleration.
  • Strong self-direction and ability to make independent budget decisions while proactively pursuing testing and expansion.
  • Experience with organic or algorithmic marketing in addition to paid execution preferred.
  • Familiarity with GEO/AEO or emerging AI-driven discovery channels preferred.
  • Experience in DTC or ecommerce environments with multi-platform budgets preferred.
  • Experience working as a shared-services resource across multiple brands preferred.
  • Ability to complete a mandatory in-person interview before receiving an offer.
  • Valid LinkedIn profile URL or alternative professional background verification required.
