Description

  • Own the identity verification platform strategy, roadmap, and execution from initiation through approval.
  • Optimize multi-vendor KYC routing to improve pass rates, reduce fraud, and manage verification costs.
  • Design self-serve IDV configuration so product teams can adjust verification rules without Engineering support.
  • Deliver composable verification components such as document collection, liveness, facematch, and motion flows.
  • Lead anti-fraud initiatives using liveness challenges, e-ID integrations, and ML-powered fraud scoring.
  • Own the Re-KYC experience for existing users and design low-disruption re-verification journeys.
  • Manage communication timing for Re-KYC, including advance notice, reminders, and grace-period handling.
  • Own fiat and crypto deposit and withdrawal experiences, including method availability, eligibility rules, limits, and launch of new payment methods.
  • Improve transparency for FX spreads, processing fees, on-chain confirmations, address management, and withdrawal SLAs.
  • Own the activation ladder from first deposit through first trade and first perp or index position, including onboarding rewards and conversion improvements.
  • Lead localization roadmap for new markets and local payment methods in coordination with BD, Legal, and Engineering.
  • Champion AI-native product development practices using agentic AI tools with human-in-the-loop workflows.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience at a high-growth technology company such as a crypto exchange, fintech, neo-bank, or multi-asset broker preferred.
  • Direct experience with identity verification platforms, payment rail integration, or KYC/AML product design is a strong plus.
  • Technical fluency with payment gateway logic, ledger systems, API integration, and multi-vendor IDV routing logic.
  • Experience building or overseeing APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling as product deliverables.
  • Deep understanding of global KYC and AML standards, including FATF, regional equivalents, SCA, GDPR, and local payment regulation.
  • Ability to quantify and balance conversion, risk, and cost using data.
  • SQL fluency and proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent funnel-analysis tools.
  • Demonstrable use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or equivalent with human-in-the-loop practices.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and influence Legal, Risk, and Compliance without formal authority.
  • Track record of improving a major onboarding or payments flow from a known friction point to measurable results.
