Description

  • Work with clients to define and execute digital product strategy.
  • Serve as the cross-functional product lead for distributed teams across multiple regions.
  • Partner with engineering leads to track project progress, resource use, and corrective actions when needed.
  • Prioritize and plan release content and timelines for short-term execution.
  • Define the product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments.
  • Make prioritization trade-offs aligned to product goals.
  • Communicate plans, priorities, and status to clients, team members, and internal management.
  • Measure business and customer value, develop KPIs, monitor progress, and report milestones and deliverables.
  • Support pre-sales efforts and consult with clients on business challenges.
  • Monitor industry trends, especially accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into future work.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management role.
  • At least 4 years of consulting experience.
  • Experience with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and multiple clients.
  • Experience in organizational leadership and influencing teams and executive leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture while managing details.
  • Experience working with global teams is required.
  • High cultural awareness.
  • Strong user research experience and ability to champion user needs across the customer experience.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • High empathy and collaboration skills across senior-level stakeholders.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
