Description

  • Collaborate with clients to develop digital strategy and lead teams to execute against it.
  • Serve as the cross-functional product lead for distributed team members across the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
  • Work with engineering leads to manage project progress, resource use, and corrective actions when needed.
  • Prioritize and plan release content and timelines to support short-term execution.
  • Define the product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments.
  • Make prioritization trade-offs within the constraints of product goals.
  • Communicate plans, priorities, and status to clients, team members, and internal management.
  • Measure and improve business and customer value delivered by developing KPIs, monitoring progress, and reporting milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and incorporate accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies into future work.
  • Support pre-sales efforts and advise clients on business challenges to help grow the business.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management role.
  • At least 4 years of consulting experience.
  • Experience working with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and a variety of clients.
  • Experience in organizational leadership and influencing teams and executive-level stakeholders.
  • A strong track record of problem solving and a hands-on, 'roll up your sleeves' mentality.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details.
  • Must have experience working with global teams.
  • High cultural awareness.
  • Well-versed in user research and in championing user needs across the customer experience, including facilitating workshops.
  • Highly empathetic and collaborative, with the ability to work across senior stakeholders to drive decisions.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience building best-of-breed products is preferred.
