Description

  • Design and build full-stack applications from concept to production.
  • Own the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration.
  • Work in a small engineering pod to deliver features quickly with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Contribute to architecture and make pragmatic technical decisions.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and code quality.
  • Iterate rapidly while maintaining reliability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed.
  • Deliver production-ready features in short cycles.
  • Operate across the stack rather than within silos.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Comfortable stepping into an architectural role when needed.
  • Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Deep daily experience with AI coding harnesses and AI-native development workflows.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools beyond basic code generation.
  • Ability to use AI for prototyping, debugging, test generation, QA, code review, and security analysis.
  • Familiarity with modern AI-enabled development environments and practices.
  • Preferred experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
  • Preferred experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
  • Preferred experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Golang, or Rust.
  • Preferred experience deploying and maintaining applications in the AWS ecosystem.
  • Preferred experience building AI engineering workflows with tools such as Pydantic AI, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
