Description

  • Design, develop, and revise custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Troubleshoot errors and resolve Salesforce process inefficiencies using custom Apex-based solutions.
  • Create complex automations, workflows, and flows to support client-specific needs.
  • Build and maintain API integrations using REST and SOAP web services to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Create or customize Experience Cloud sites to meet user engagement and branding requirements.
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and demonstrations of developed solutions internally and with clients.
  • Analyze and document client technical requirements, configurations, workflows, and procedures onsite and remotely.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and team members regarding progress, blockers, and risks.
  • Respond promptly to urgent support requests and client inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to AI-enabled client solutions and collaborate on compliant opportunities to enhance client and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience building REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Experience with SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce automation tools, third-party apps, and MuleSoft Platform.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Confident communicator who can lead technical sessions with end users.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, depending on client needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II required.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
  • Salesforce Certified App Builder preferred.
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 preferred.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment preferred.
  • Comfort with responsibly exploring and adopting firm-approved AI tools.
  • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
