Description

  • Support a range of business processes, systems, and managed service projects for private sector clients.
  • Configure Salesforce solutions and support the development team on client needs.
  • Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and data management.
  • Implement and maintain customizations and enhancements based on client requirements.
  • Monitor Salesforce instances for health and performance issues and take corrective action as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve problems promptly, and escalate when necessary.
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to build clear use cases.
  • Analyze complex business information, recommend leading practices, and present technical process components.
  • Contribute to firm-approved AI-enabled solutions in compliance with data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and collaborate on compliant opportunities to improve client solutions and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of professional consulting experience.
  • 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including fields, page layouts, workflows, or flows.
  • Experience managing multiple client tickets simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Comfort with responsibly exploring and adopting firm-approved AI tools.
  • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
  • Consulting experience is required.
