Description

  • Lead new business development efforts for the OneStream practice, including strategy, lead generation, opportunity nurturing, and deal closing.
  • Work with OneStream sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market plans and support pipeline growth.
  • Sell projects to organizations not currently served by CrossCountry Consulting.
  • Expand active relationships with existing clients to create additional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and internal leadership to develop proposal details and sales approach.
  • Research and analyze the OneStream and Technology Enablement market, including client and competitor performance, to identify opportunities.
  • Develop hypotheses about client business issues using market, client, sector, and industry knowledge.
  • Research, organize, and manage client data to support opportunity development.
  • Build new client relationships through networking, professional affiliations, industry groups, and existing contacts.
  • Support relationship development with large key clients as part of the OneStream leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain a strong internal and external brand and professional network.
  • Contribute to firm-approved AI-enabled solutions and collaborate on compliant opportunities to improve client solutions and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Business Development, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive professional network in the OneStream market, focused on medium to large enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success in selling professional services, networking, and generating new business.
  • Professional services experience in an external consulting capacity and/or within a Fortune 500 company.
  • Demonstrated ability to expand client accounts and penetrate new accounts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple sales cycles.
  • Comfort exploring and adopting firm-approved AI tools responsibly.
  • Continuous learning mindset with openness to emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Benefits

  • Remote full-time position.
  • Base compensation range of $150K–$175K per year.
  • On-target earnings estimate of $250K–$400K per year, including commission.
