Description

  • Design and deliver enablement programs for existing employees and new hires across key tools, capabilities, and remote-first norms.
  • Facilitate interactive, remote-optimized training sessions that engage diverse audiences and encourage participation.
  • Develop asynchronous enablement materials such as newsletters, drip campaigns, and self-serve resources to reinforce live learning.
  • Partner cross-functionally with subject matter experts to co-design content, tailor communications cascades, and pilot new approaches.
  • Manage multiple concurrent enablement initiatives across Knowledge Management, Remote Norms, and Strategic Programs.
  • Track program effectiveness using analytics and feedback loops, then iterate based on engagement data and business outcomes.
  • Gather stakeholder input, usage data, and organizational trends to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize new enablement strategies.
  • Build and activate communities of practice and champion networks to drive adoption through peer influence.
  • Partner with senior leadership to tailor enablement approaches, present progress and impact, and maintain executive buy-in.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience designing and delivering enablement or training programs in a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Track record of changing employee behaviors at scale with measurable improvements in adoption, engagement, or process adherence.
  • Experience using collaboration, AI, and enablement delivery tools such as Slack, AI assistants, LMS platforms, and SCORM.
  • Direct experience working in fully remote or distributed teams.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills across audiences including new hires, managers, executives, and technical teams.
  • Experience building enablement programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
  • Comfort using data such as engagement metrics, survey results, and usage analytics to refine programs and prioritize roadmaps.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours across time zones.
