Description

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand Cribl’s value throughout the sales process.
  • Articulate the value proposition across technical and executive stakeholders, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast accurately and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Build strong, enduring customer relationships.
  • Create demand within the territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
  • Work across time zones as needed, including occasional work outside standard hours.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience calling on security (SIEM and observability) and IT personas such as CISOs and CIOs.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup with fewer than 1000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills throughout your career.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year.
  • Demonstrated ability to run a complex sales process.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Must live locally to the Indianapolis territory for this remote position.
