Description

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5–7 Enterprise Sales Representatives across the NYC Metro territory.
  • Build and mentor future sales leaders and a high-performing sales organization.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to consistently overachieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation through deal close, including pipeline development and account opening.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion efforts to meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead and support geographically aligned Regional Sales Managers and foster collaboration across time zones.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership (reporting to the VP of Sales) to shape and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Manage selling through and working with security channel partners as part of sales motions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of annual overachievement against targets.
  • Experience with SaaS sales focused on cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and closing large deals with large enterprises (Fortune 1000).
  • Experience leading teams that sell through security channel partners.
  • Familiarity with and use of MEDDIC as a sales methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop pipeline and open new accounts.
  • Willingness to work in a remote-first environment and occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours.
  • Bonus: background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning.
