Description

  • Design and execute a function-by-function AI activation strategy with tailored enablement, playbooks, and workflows.
  • Architect, scale, and sustain an AI Champions Network to drive peer-led adoption and surface use cases.
  • Partner with BizOps and People teams to co-design and deliver scalable, function-specific AI training.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of Cribl’s AI Center of Excellence, including working group cadences and stakeholder coordination.
  • Coordinate AI tool and policy decisions across Legal, IT, Security, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Track adoption trends, stalled areas, and emerging AI use cases, then translate insights into CoE priorities.
  • Maintain and evolve core CoE assets such as the AI tool library, use policy, intake process, governance framework, and enablement materials.
  • Translate executive AI strategy into sequenced programs with clear owners, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on function-specific AI strategy and help manage competing priorities.
  • Build a measurement framework to track AI adoption and impact and use data to inform roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy, or enterprise transformation.
  • Track record of both advising and seeing work through to delivery.
  • Experience standing up or operating an AI CoE, AI community of practice, or closely analogous function at a tech company.
  • Demonstrated success leading company-wide initiatives and building organizational momentum for new ways of working at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence, including comfort presenting to VP and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience designing enablement programs that changed behavior, not just awareness, with familiarity in adult learning principles and function-specific training design.
  • Experience defining success metrics, tracking adoption and impact over time, and using data to course-correct.
  • Working knowledge of AI governance considerations, including data classification, security controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to partner credibly with IT, Security, and Legal.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity where best practices are still being defined.
