Description

  • Own the blog placement program end to end, including outreach, negotiation, and placement execution.
  • Identify and prioritize publishers from curated target lists that can feature Creative Fabrica.
  • Open conversations with publishers and build ongoing relationships through effective outreach.
  • Negotiate placement deals and pricing to fit budget and maximize value.
  • Brief and guide writers and publishers to produce original, on-message, high-quality articles.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of placements and drive consistent monthly go-live volume.
  • Track work, keep records organized, and report results to the team.

Requirements

  • Experience with cold outreach, partnerships, PR, or link building.
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort discussing price and value.
  • Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to manage follow-up and prevent leads from slipping.
  • Clear written English communication with persuasive writing ability.
  • A numbers-minded approach with comfort tracking targets and performance.
  • Bonus: familiarity with SEO, domain authority, or AI tools like Studio AI.
  • Nice to have: experience with CRM, email-finding, or outreach platforms.
  • Nice to have: additional languages for reaching international publishers.
