Description

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end inventory control, including tracking levels, forecasting demand, and replenishment planning.
  • Use advanced analytics to guide inventory decisions across warehouse locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to manage transportation and delivery across channels.
  • Optimize logistics processes to improve timeliness and reduce costs.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by defining and tracking supply chain KPIs.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain and inventory professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and related technologies, such as ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and best practices in e-commerce.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and turn insights into action.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
