Description

  • Lead client engagements from workflow audit through shipped automation and act as the primary face of the engagement.
  • Build trust with client executives early and own weekly updates, monthly business reviews, and strategic direction.
  • Map how work flows through a client’s organization and produce an opportunity map of high-impact workflows for AI transformation.
  • Design the future-state operating model for selected workflows, including human-agent handoffs, evaluations, and success metrics.
  • Scope implementation work, direct Associate Orchestrators, review their output, and ship the first automation to production within 60 days.
  • Identify when to bring in a Build pod, Rescue, or Support engagement and coordinate the right Creative Chaos resources.
  • Own reporting on measurable client outcomes such as hours saved, error reduction, and throughput gains.
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into clear workflow designs and specifications.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst, solutions engineer, technical consultant, or similar role in software delivery, product, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience working between business stakeholders and technical teams, including interviewing users, mapping workflows, writing specs, and owning outcomes.
  • A strong individual contributor orientation with no interest in managing people.
  • Demonstrated experience building and deploying real AI agents, not just using ChatGPT.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Windsurf, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and MCPs.
  • A portfolio that includes GitHub repos, side projects, deployed agents, or public writing that shows what you have built.
  • Business-native English and executive presence with experience working with or inside US or Western companies.
  • Ability to run stakeholder workshops with large groups and command meetings with senior executives.
  • Curiosity and self-directed learning, including regularly experimenting with new tools and building projects independently.
  • Preference for candidates who can defend tool choices based on real experience with multiple AI frameworks and development tools.
