Description

  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and improve AI systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
  • Research and apply advances in AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance.
  • Provide technical support to teams using AI solutions.
  • Document development processes, model designs, and results for reproducibility.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to the company’s AI strategy and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar artificial intelligence development role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG, and Agentic AI.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interest in staying current with AI industry trends and advancements.
