Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain inventory forecasting models to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Monitor stock levels, lead times, reorder points, and reorder quantities to balance supply needs with cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to forecast demand fluctuations and align inventory plans with promotional activity and sales goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships for POS/POP materials, packaging, accessories, and merchandise.
  • Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements to support cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors to track production timelines, quality assurance, and delivery schedules.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate new product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee inventory tracking systems, maintain records in inventory management software or ERP systems, and generate routine performance reports.
  • Analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor regulatory and industry compliance requirements for the nicotine category and develop contingency plans for supply chain risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory management, preferably in CPG or a related industry.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency with supply chain management or inventory planning software.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Experience with Shopify, analytics, eCommerce, and Excel.
  • Experience in Shopify B2B storefront development.
  • Experience with Shopify apps.
  • Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing and automation.
  • SEO and affiliate marketing experience is preferred.
