Description

  • Translate business requirements into software designs and implementation blueprints for the development team.
  • Participate in presales, user experience design, sprint planning, development, and delivery phases.
  • Review project proposals and provide technical input on overall solution direction.
  • Evaluate wireframes from a technical perspective during user experience design.
  • Produce solutions design documents and other necessary artifacts before development begins.
  • Ensure the development team follows the approved design throughout implementation.
  • Document any design changes made during the development phase.
  • Review work produced by the development team and verify alignment with the design.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to developers.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and the team.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a reputable local or foreign university.
  • 10+ years of hands-on mobile development experience, preferably with Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native.
  • Familiarity with native build tools such as Xcode and Gradle.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
  • At least 4 years of experience making architecture and design decisions, including data domain modeling and design patterns.
  • Experience designing solutions using third-party components.
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
  • Strong knowledge of coding languages, operating systems, and databases.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder team environment.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and analyze short- and long-term technical risks that may affect business operations.
  • Solid experience working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
