Description

  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications.
  • Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate AI model performance and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide technical support to other teams using AI solutions effectively.
  • Document development processes, model designs, and results to support reproducibility and efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of AI initiatives within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar artificial intelligence development role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
