Description

  • Gather and refine business requirements from customers, partners, external communities, and internal users.
  • Prioritize and maintain product requirements and translate them into product concepts, user stories, mockups, and presentation materials.
  • Shape AI-native capabilities for data modeling, business logic, and application creation using natural language, AI agents, and no-code tools.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with UX/UI designers and technical writers on product delivery and documentation.
  • Conduct market, competitor, integration, and industry-analyst research to inform product decisions.
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies, including kickoffs, refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with the Scrum Master and development team to meet product goals and customer expectations.
  • Advise internal teams, customers, and partners on configuring the platform for business needs.
  • Deliver training on new product releases and functionality updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Expertise in product concept development and managing requirements at both strategic and detailed levels.
  • Experience collaborating with technology partners to deliver joint products and solutions.
  • Experience working with development teams on application architecture and contributing to architectural decisions.
  • Advanced written and verbal English proficiency (B2+), including work in an international business environment.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong analytical ability to assess IT solution markets, user needs, and expectations.
  • Understanding of technologies and methodologies for highly available, high-performance web applications.
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding agents to build prototypes, MVPs, or production-ready applications.
  • Understanding of AI agent architectures, agentic workflows, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) ecosystem.
  • Experience with AI-native application platforms, rapid prototyping tools, CRM/ERP integrations, or no-code automation tools (preferred).
