Description

  • Lead discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders across the full requirements lifecycle.
  • Translate business needs into use cases, workflows, acceptance criteria, and data mappings for engineering teams.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Act as the link between business and engineering teams, aligning priorities and feasibility.
  • Step into a de facto Product Owner role when needed to guide product decisions.
  • Validate delivered solutions against agreed requirements and identify gaps before QA.
  • Collaborate with global client stakeholders in English.
  • Help shape product roadmaps and coordinate across teams as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in an equivalent strategic digital product role.
  • Ability to autonomously own backlogs and lead sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with senior business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to convert complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, including use cases, workflows, acceptance criteria, and data mapping.
  • Technical literacy in system architecture and API integrations to lead feasibility discussions with engineering leads.
  • Quality-focused approach to validating deliveries against requirements before QA.
  • Fluent written and spoken English for daily client interactions.
  • Experience mentoring junior or mid-level analysts (preferred).
  • Experience working with large global enterprise accounts and multi-team coordination (preferred).
  • Experience with product roadmaps, KPIs, business metrics, and agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Miro (preferred).
