Description

Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.
Plan and design business processes and system modifications.
Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements through workshops and interviews.
Create business requirements documents and user stories for required modifications.
Develop complex test case scenarios and oversee testing to verify requirements are implemented.
Support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance.
Make recommendations to improve and support business activities.
Assist with time estimates, process documentation updates, and other assigned tasks.
May plan, allocate, and monitor the work of other business analysts.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
Previous experience in the health insurance industry is required.
Insurtech experience is preferred.
Health insurance-related certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage.
Knowledge of requirements definition, technical solution translation, and Agile prioritization to epics and sprints.
Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is required.
Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Technical writing skills are a plus.
Basic knowledge of process documentation, system functionality, data integration, and workflow.
