Description

  • Administer and support core collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and processes.
  • Administer and maintain the company intranet.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for collaboration tools and IT systems.
  • Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay current on trends and technologies in collaboration tools and systems administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Systems Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Gemini, and other core services.
  • Strong knowledge of Slack administration, including user management, channel management, and integrations.
  • Experience with OKTA for identity and access management.
  • Experience with Active Directory administration, including user and group management, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Experience with intranet administration tools such as Simpplr, Google Sites, SharePoint, or Confluence.
  • Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English at B2 level or above.
