Description

  • Design and implement secure architectural solutions for AI/ML pipelines, large language models, and automated decision systems.
  • Conduct security assessments and risk analyses for AI-specific threats such as prompt injection, model inversion, and data poisoning.
  • Develop and maintain AI security standards and policies, including data provenance and model integrity controls.
  • Advise data science, DevOps, and business leadership teams on AI security best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging security technologies, including AI-driven SIEM, automated red teaming tools, and privacy-enhancing technologies.
  • Partner with legal teams to ensure AI deployments comply with regulations such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, and HIPAA.
  • Participate in security reviews of third-party AI service providers and foundational model creators.
  • Manage security assessments for AI environments against frameworks such as ISO 42001 and SOC2.
  • Create technical documentation and data flow diagrams showing how sensitive data moves through AI models.
  • Mentor junior security professionals and data scientists on AI safety and security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Security; master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in information security, including at least 5 years in security architecture.
  • Significant experience securing high-scale data or AI environments.
  • Deep understanding of NIST AI Risk Management Framework, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and ISO 27001.
  • Proficiency in designing secure AI architectures on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Knowledge of secure coding for AI, model monitoring, and defenses against adversarial attacks.
  • Experience with Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or Azure OpenAI/ChatGPT is a plus.
  • Experience with IAM for automated agents and privacy-enhancing technologies such as differential privacy and homomorphic encryption.
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, IDPS, SIEM, and endpoint security in hybrid environments.
