Description

  • Build and extend the evaluation pipeline to measure task completion, catch regressions, and turn production failures into improved behavior.
  • Develop context management systems that control what the agent sees and preserve coherence across long-horizon tasks.
  • Design sub-agent orchestration patterns for fan-out, specialization, and parent-agent control.
  • Own document parsing workflows that convert supplier uploads such as invoices, catalogs, and contracts into structured agent context.
  • Wrap Coupa supplier APIs as agent-callable CLI tools with clear error handling and sensible defaults.
  • Ship supplier-facing skills on top of the harness to enable end-to-end task completion.
  • Debug complex production agent behavior and identify fixes in tools, context, or harness design.
  • Partner with a senior engineer on harness architecture and identify gaps across the stack while building.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience shipping production software.
  • Strong Python experience; TypeScript is a plus.
  • Experience shipping at least one LLM-powered feature or product.
  • Daily, heavy use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalents.
  • Ability to write and speak English fluently.
  • Comfort debugging by reading logs, traces, and evals rather than guessing.
  • Side projects or personal projects you have built independently.
  • Experience with AI-native or agentic systems is strongly implied for this role.
