Description

  • Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and define measurable performance objectives.
  • Create and maintain curricula for online, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training programs.
  • Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to address performance gaps and improve learner outcomes.
  • Develop scripts, storyboards, and prototypes for stakeholder review and approval before final production.
  • Build engaging eLearning experiences using authoring and multimedia tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Asana.
  • Manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle and coordinate closely with curriculum managers and delivery teams.
  • Ensure all instructional materials meet quality standards and follow corporate writing and style guidelines.
  • Assess learning needs and translate complex technical information into clear, media-rich training solutions.
  • Work in rapid 2-week development cycles while delivering high-quality content under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum management, or adult learning in a corporate training environment.
  • SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in rapid 2-week development cycles and deliver content under tight turnaround times.
  • Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design processes, taxonomy, knowledge transfer methods, and organizational development.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts and build consensus across groups.
  • BA/BS degree in Education or Instructional Design is required.
  • A professional portfolio demonstrating successful project execution must be provided.
  • Experience creating media-rich learning solutions for technical content is preferred.
