Description

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop learning solutions that address knowledge and performance gaps for customers and partners.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective training experiences.
  • Create scripts, storyboards, and prototypes for review and approval by stakeholders.
  • Use multimedia approaches and authoring tools to build interactive online learning content.
  • Develop and update curriculum for online, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training delivery.
  • Ensure course materials meet quality standards and align with writing and style guidelines.
  • Own content development projects from start to finish and coordinate with SMEs, curriculum managers, and ILT delivery teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in curriculum management, learning experience design, and/or instructional design in a corporate training environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in adult learning, organizational development, or professional training programs.
  • SaaS experience preferred.
  • BA or BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design processes, knowledge transfer methods, curriculum, and taxonomy.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in clear, engaging learning content.
  • Ability to assess learning needs and develop media-rich, high-impact learning solutions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a sense of ownership and ability to execute deliverables.
  • Excellent writing, editing, relationship-building, collaboration, and attention to detail skills.
