Description

Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales to identify, qualify, develop, and close new service engagements.
Participate actively in sales cycles across all aspects of Coupa services.
Design, estimate, and scope engagements directly and through partners.
Articulate Coupa’s approach, methodology, scope, and early value delivery for delivery projects.
Assemble Coupa’s contribution to proposals, including scoping, estimating, and costing.
Support the development of customized service offerings to meet client needs.
Provide feedback to the Solution Delivery Team on package fit and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Challenge and shape proposal estimates and plans with partners.

Requirements

Proven experience selling consulting projects, solutions, or managed services for a Software/SaaS company.
Experience with procurement and accounting processes.
Background managing services engagements for large, multinational customers.
Success working with executive-level prospects and C-level executives.
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships with customers and partners.
Structured, rigorous, solutions-minded, and service-oriented approach.
Track record of sales overachievement.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Word, OpenAir, or similar tools.
