Description

  • Enter and track work orders from intake through completion in the work order system and property management software.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and organized documentation for service requests, customer interactions, and work order status.
  • Support maintenance team productivity by prioritizing work orders according to standard operating procedures and program guidelines.
  • Communicate and coordinate planned service visits with residents, contractors, and maintenance staff.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with residents, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Follow up on work progress to ensure timely completion and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Enter purchase orders, link them to work orders, and verify accurate receipt and processing in the system.
  • Review open, closed, and cancelled work order reports and correct records as needed.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Regional Service Coordinator.
  • Champion Corvias’ culture, mission, vision, and values while maintaining business professionalism.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in property management and/or facilities operations with customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of residential maintenance operations.
  • Knowledge of the invoice processing cycle, including PO creation, invoice matching, and payment processing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for phone, email, and resident portal communication.
  • Ability to work independently with little oversight and take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage residents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and customer needs.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making ability, including knowing when to seek guidance.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic remote setting.
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy and professional, courteous resident interactions.
  • Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software, plus property management software experience.
  • Must live within a reasonable driving distance of Ft. Rucker, AL; Ft. Riley, KS; Ft. Polk, LA; Ft. Meade, MD; Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD; Ft. Bragg, NC; or Ft. Sill, OK.
