Description

  • Assist with preparing and launching training programs, including application management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional coordination, and client communication.
  • Support Program Managers in running live online training programs for large cohorts of students.
  • Work with Business Operations and Curriculum teams, instructors, and teaching assistants on ad hoc projects to surface insights from training program data.
  • Analyze program data using anecdotal and statistical methods to identify actionable insights across channels, geographies, and client segments.
  • Provide live class support by troubleshooting learner needs and responding to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Help manage the admissions process, including application setup, launch, applicant pipeline monitoring, reporting, marketing initiatives, Q&A sessions, and applicant support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to test new products and build growth strategies.
  • Manage live class operations on Saturdays and coordinate scheduling around the weekend instruction model.

Requirements

  • JLPT N2 certification required; N1 preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must demonstrate mastery of Keigo in both spoken and written Japanese, including leading complex negotiations and delivering presentations in professional Japanese.
  • 0-2 years of full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for audiences with varying levels of English proficiency.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong customer service ethic and experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom is strongly preferred.
  • Must be based in Europe, MENA, or LatAm and available to work approximately 4:00AM ET to 12:00PM ET.
