Description

  • Drive technical and architectural decisions to meet product requirements and plan for future needs.
  • Lead technical execution to deliver production-ready code.
  • Design, develop, and enhance software for client systems and Cority’s base platform.
  • Work directly with Product Owners to clarify requirements and specifications.
  • Build high-quality software and promote automation for testing, integration, and deployment.
  • Review software designs and prototypes and participate in code reviews.
  • Track sprint work and provide clear visibility into progress for the team.
  • Provide support and maintenance for released software.
  • Own one or more functional areas or projects and break work into manageable stories.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science or a related program.
  • 4+ years of experience as a developer.
  • Strong understanding of the software development process and lifecycle.
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
  • Experience using AI for development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
  • Experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework/Dapper, Web APIs, and microservices.
  • Experience building database applications with relational databases such as Postgres or SQL Server.
  • Experience with Node, Angular or React, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG, vector databases, and MCP servers is preferred.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-tenancy is preferred.
  • Experience with message queues such as SQS, Google Queues, RabbitMQ, or Kafka is preferred.
  • Experience with Docker is preferred.
  • Previous experience in occupational health, environment, ergonomics, or safety is an asset.
