Description

  • Collaborate with sales, solutions consulting, product, and professional services to increase win rates and support the sales process.
  • Identify client needs during discovery sessions and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare targeted demonstration scripts, environments, and tailored sales content for prospects.
  • Deliver effective product demonstrations (remote and onsite) that map Cority functionality to customer business problems.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and other tender documents as part of the sales process.
  • Work with the product team to influence feature and function development based on customer feedback and market needs.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of product roadmaps and assess how new functionality impacts existing customers and opportunities.
  • Stay current with changing industry and regulatory requirements relevant to EHS+ and Health Solutions.
  • Establish subject-matter expertise for Health Solutions internally by supporting peers and mentoring junior SEs.
  • Participate in marketing activities and events (trade shows, demos) to showcase expertise and Cority’s software.

Requirements

  • Experience in EHS+ industry or software with Healthcare solutions, specifically Occupational Health, Employee Health, and Ergonomics (required).
  • University degree at bachelor’s level or higher; additional education or professional designation is an asset.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Proven demonstration and presentation skills with polished executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong understanding of strategic selling techniques, pipeline management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in healthcare software in delivery, sales, or consulting roles is preferred.
  • Prior experience configuring software and basic understanding of relational database management systems is an asset.
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products is an asset.
  • Multi-lingual candidates are preferred and willingness to travel as required for onsite demos and events.
