Description

  • Own the consolidated revenue forecast for the portfolio and report accuracy to Finance and the VP of Professional Services each month.
  • Manage team chargeable utilisation and intervene early when utilisation trends below target.
  • Maintain accurate resource bookings in the PSA platform across all in-flight projects.
  • Identify and escalate revenue risks such as margin erosion, scope creep, and forecast slippage.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for customer implementation delivery.
  • Define and drive adoption of project management standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Build a culture of open communication, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Own a portfolio of Professional Services engagements and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as an escalation point for key customer stakeholders and critical issues.
  • Oversee Statements of Work and change control to ensure commercial changes are assessed, approved, documented, forecasted, and billed.
  • Lead resource planning and project staffing to ensure adequate capacity and balanced workloads.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to support delivery and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced certification in Project Management is highly desirable.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions with a strong track record in project and team management.
  • 3+ years in leadership roles, including managing remote team members across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PSA platforms such as NetSuite OpenAir, Certinia, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience managing resource bookings and revenue forecasting within a PSA environment.
  • Experience owning a revenue forecast in a Professional Services or PMO context.
  • Experience creating and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Experience delivering complex project portfolios in a Professional Services or PMO environment.
  • Experience coaching teams through client escalations and working with senior stakeholders.
