Description

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for Microsoft products including Azure, Windows, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, and groups.
  • Support Microsoft Exchange Online, including email flow and mailboxes.
  • Perform Active Directory administration and troubleshooting, including group policy management.
  • Respond to support tickets and resolve Microsoft and Azure environment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Assist with backup, recovery, and security best practices using Microsoft tools.
  • Escalate and collaborate with Coretek engineers and Microsoft to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Track client incidents and requests through the full lifecycle to ensure closure within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
  • Communicate ticket status internally and externally with clients.
  • Create and maintain IT knowledge base articles.
  • Assist with cross-training other NOC support team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology preferred, or equivalent NOC experience in a medium-to-large data center supporting multiple clients and systems.
  • 2+ years of Microsoft administration experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, and Teams.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification required.
  • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification required.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MFA and Conditional Access support technologies.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting preferred.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools, event management tools, and IT ticketing systems, with ServiceNow preferred.
  • Strong listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when monitoring and maintaining systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all technical levels.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask effectively.
  • English proficiency.
