Description

Work with internal stakeholders to refine requirements for new features and enhancements.
Provide design, development, and configuration based on agreed requirements.
Estimate, plan, and manage implementation tasks and report development progress.
Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks.
Partner with the team to maintain UI and UX consistency across the application.
Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate bugs across the application.
Support user acceptance testing and deploy code into production.
Develop and maintain application code for bug fixes and new features using Coretek standards.
Work alongside the development team to move features from backlog to production using DevOps and Agile practices.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment practices, and AI-enabled development workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of experience with the .NET development platform, including .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#.
Hands-on experience with modern front end frameworks such as React or Angular.
Strong understanding of UI and UX principles.
Experience creating and consuming REST/Web APIs and implementing authentication.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AI development and coding.
Knowledge of cloud-hosted software models, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
Azure and Azure DevOps experience preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong presentation skills, including presenting new features and functionality to leadership.
