Description

  • Process full revenue cycle management activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end Medicaid billing cycle, including claim submission, follow-up, denials, corrections, and resubmissions.
  • Verify eligibility, authorizations, documentation, units, modifiers, and place of service before billing.
  • Review service logs against claim data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor claim status and address billing issues and compliance gaps.
  • Maintain billing trackers, reconciliation sheets, and client records.
  • Prepare billing and financial reports for U.S. healthcare clients.
  • Track invoices, reconcile payments, and complete authorization-related forms.
  • Communicate with clients by email and phone regarding billing matters.
  • Maintain compliance with state billing requirements, documentation standards, and HIPAA confidentiality rules.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with full revenue cycle management and Medicaid billing.
  • Experience with claims processing, denials, corrections, and resubmissions.
  • Hands-on experience using a Medicaid claims portal.
  • Knowledge of billing compliance, documentation validation, service logs, units, modifiers, and authorizations.
  • Proficiency in Excel for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and experience supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare confidentiality requirements.
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems and payer portals preferred.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, or accounting systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
