Description

  • Partner with marketplace, menu, product, marketing, and commercial teams to uncover behavioral insights that improve the user experience.
  • Analyze patterns in menu discovery, evaluation, and ordering to inform marketplace improvements and customer retention efforts.
  • Build intuitive, interactive Tableau dashboards that enable stakeholders to explore metrics and trends through self-service insights.
  • Define metric frameworks and customer segmentations aligned to team learning goals and personalization opportunities.
  • Design, support, and analyze semi-controlled experiments to help product teams learn from early testing and rollouts.
  • Collaborate with Product, User Research, UX, and Engineering teams to define learning needs, roadmaps, and data collection strategies.
  • Implement robust tracking and target schemas to improve observability of marketplace behavior and maintain data quality at source.
  • Produce clear, actionable insights and data stories that help teams make decisions and learn from product performance.
  • Support and mentor other analysts by helping improve code quality, analytical thinking, and analytics practices.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in similar analyst roles with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Experience partnering autonomously with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to produce insights using SQL, Tableau, Python, and dbt.
  • High agency and a growth mindset.
  • Experience designing and analyzing experiments or controlled tests.
  • Experience building self-service dashboards and interactive visualizations in Tableau.
  • Ability to define metrics, segment customers, and support personalized product experiences.
  • Experience working with product, user research, UX, and engineering teams.
  • Experience with data collection, schemas, and tracking design for marketplace or product behavior.
  • Preferred: Experience mentoring or elevating other analysts' work and practices.
