Description

  • Serve as the primary post-sale contact for new healthcare clients and the ongoing point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation of medically tailored meal (MTM) programs, coordinating across ops, culinary, tech, and customer support teams.
  • Develop detailed launch plans, timelines, and training materials tailored to client workflows and ensure a smooth AE → AM handoff with full client context.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of healthcare clients (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, hospital systems, self-insured employers).
  • Monitor account health, proactively flag risks, and identify opportunities for optimization and program improvement.
  • Track and report program performance metrics (e.g., utilization, adherence, satisfaction) and share regular reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead renewal conversations in partnership with Account Executives and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally by partnering with ops, product, culinary, and marketing to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Help shape playbooks and best practices for onboarding and account management as the healthcare team scales, and support compliance, billing, and reporting requirements across payers and programs.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in client-facing roles within healthcare, digital health, benefits, or food-as-medicine companies.
  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare is required.
  • Familiarity with self-insured employer models is a strong plus.
  • Experience leading onboarding and managing strategic accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Startup mentality: scrappy, proactive, and comfortable building processes from 0 → 1.
  • Mission-aligned and passionate about improving health outcomes through food.
  • Willingness to partner closely with cross-functional teams and potentially hire, train, and manage sales representatives in the future.
