Description

  • Own end-to-end design for high-impact areas across the Contentsquare suite (examples: dashboards, insights workflows, segmentation, filters, session replay, zoning, and AI-driven actions).
  • Define and shape UI patterns that work across multiple products and states to reduce complexity and inconsistency.
  • Translate large, messy datasets into clear, usable interfaces that feel fast, intentional, and scalable (dashboards, metric layers, segmentation tools, filtering systems).
  • Design and prototype AI-enabled features and interactions that support trust and decision-making for users.
  • Pair with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect execution in React + Tailwind and adherence to the in-house design system through delivery.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions and refine product experiences.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with ambiguous briefs and high stakes, collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and AI teams to define problems and solutions.
  • Set and raise the bar for UI craft across the organisation by example, and coach senior and mid-level designers in visual design, interaction thinking, and clarity of communication.
  • Evolve and steward the design system and shared patterns to improve consistency and implementation quality across products.

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating world-class UI craft with examples of complex, data-heavy product work.
  • Strong interaction design skills and understanding of systems, flows, hierarchy, and scalable UI patterns.
  • Experience with SaaS products, preferably enterprise or analytics-focused products.
  • Proven ability to take ambiguous problems, bring structure and clarity, and drive solutions through discovery and customer validation.
  • Track record of influencing and lifting the craft of a design team and leading cross-functional initiatives (facilitation skills).
  • Comfort working in multi-disciplinary teams and navigating multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, data science, and AI teams.
  • Experience pairing with engineers on implementation; familiarity with React and Tailwind and working with design systems is expected.
  • Nice to have: experience with design systems at scale, and designing for AI features (suggestions, automation, agents, or pattern generation).
  • Nice to have: familiarity with B2B analytics, experimentation, or observability tools.
