Description

  • Conduct privilege and responsiveness review of document productions.
  • Perform redactions on documents as required by project protocols.
  • Execute conceptual searching and other analytic review techniques across document sets.
  • Perform first- and second-level document reviews and coding/tagging tasks.
  • Use eDiscovery platforms to organize, tag, and manage documents for review (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, ViewPoint).
  • Assist with related tasks as needed, including legal research, preparation for expert testimony, and foreign language translation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, programmers, engineers, reviewers, and analysts to streamline workflows and maintain project quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and status in good standing.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows (privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, first- and second-review).
  • Experience with electronic document review technology (examples: Relativity, Concordance, ViewPoint).
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support or document review experience and/or prior experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Ability to work on a contract basis with project-by-project location and hours (including remote and flexible schedules).
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability when reviewing and coding documents.
