Description

  • Conduct document review tasks, including privilege and responsiveness determinations.
  • Perform redactions and conceptual searching across document sets.
  • Complete first- and second-level review of electronic documents.
  • Use electronic document review platforms and technologies as assigned on projects.
  • Assist with expert testimony preparation, legal research, and foreign-language translation when needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers, programmers, engineers, reviewers, and analysts to meet project goals and improve workflows.
  • Adhere to project-specific deadlines, quality standards, and hours, including potential work outside standard business hours.

Requirements

  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and status in good standing.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows (e.g., privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, first- and second-review).
  • Experience with electronic document review technology (examples: Relativity, Concordance, ViewPoint).
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Preferred: Experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Ability to accept project-by-project location and hours and to work outside standard business hours when required.
  • Negotiable start date.
