Description

  • Perform privilege and responsiveness review on project-based document review matters.
  • Conduct redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-pass review.
  • Use electronic document review platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Support broader legal review work, including legal research and expert testimony preparation as assigned.
  • Collaborate with document review teams and project staff on workflow execution.
  • Work under project-specific schedules and locations, including remote and after-hours assignments when needed.

Requirements

  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first/second review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Ability to work on a project-by-project basis with location and hours determined by assignment.
  • English language document review capability.
