Description

  • Provide first-level technical support to ecommerce customers during website and mobile app integrations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand integration needs and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Explain how to integrate with Constructor's APIs and use open source libraries.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and integration issues alongside Customer Success teams.
  • Help customers configure product catalogs, including catalog data uploads, facets, searchability, sort orders, and result retrieval.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical resources, responding to inquiries with clear explanations.
  • Document customer interactions, common issues, and solutions to improve onboarding and support materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
  • Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to support customers and team members in European timezones.
  • Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON and CSV, and basic search/index concepts preferred.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools such as browser developer tools, API clients like Postman, or logs preferred.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, server-side and client-side contexts, and network request routing/HTTP preferred.
  • Familiarity with open source libraries, JavaScript web application development, and integration patterns preferred.
