Description

  • Own the product strategy and execution for the prospect-facing demo and sandbox platform.
  • Build and evolve demo flows and sandbox experiences that showcase AI and personalization capabilities to prospects.
  • Drive a demo reliability program, including instrumentation, regression coverage, stubbing strategy, and trust signals for sales teams.
  • Own the release-readiness process to ensure new product capabilities are available and trusted in demos immediately after release.
  • Create and maintain a lightweight demo-readiness standard and cross-functional operating process.
  • Establish an intake and prioritization system for demo requests and convert reactive asks into a structured roadmap.
  • Enable self-serve sandbox workflows that reduce engineering involvement for repeatable sales tasks.
  • Drive the Disruptive Demo as a reusable storytelling asset across the organization.
  • Identify product-led growth opportunities, define hypotheses and metrics, and incubate a growth squad if warranted.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience owning complex, cross-functional product surfaces.
  • Demonstrated sales or GTM product thinking, including products for AEs, SEs, or similar pre-sales teams.
  • Strong platform and reliability mindset with the ability to reason about system-level risks and rollout safety.
  • Ability to influence without authority across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering.
  • Comfort using data such as adoption signals, failure rates, and trust indicators to make prioritization decisions.
  • Experience balancing near-term reactive work with longer-term strategic roadmap investments.
  • Experience building repeatable flows, talk tracks, and pre-sales tooling is preferred.
  • Experience with product-led growth experimentation is a plus.
