Description

  • Identify and engage the right prospects within target accounts through high-quality research and thoughtful outreach.
  • Generate leads, start high-quality conversations, and build a strong customer pipeline for the DACH region.
  • Personalize every interaction by understanding a prospect’s industry, role, challenges, and business priorities.
  • Initiate consultative conversations that center on the customer’s needs, pains, and goals rather than pitching services upfront.
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact and represent company values in all prospect interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing to align on account strategy and messaging.
  • Share insights from prospect conversations to help refine go-to-market approach and improve customer relevance.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, research, and engagement in Salesforce to ensure team visibility and collaboration.
  • Continuously experiment with messaging, channels, and approaches to improve resonance and conversion.
  • Engage with prospects and customers on-site at events (approximately 10% of the role) alongside the Constructor team.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales or sales development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Comfort working with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Based in Europe with the ability to work across EMEA time zones and attend occasional on-site events.
  • Genuine interest in technology and ecommerce and in helping businesses solve complex challenges.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for technology and people.
  • Ability to engage prospects in a thoughtful and consultative way.
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC is a plus.
