Description

  • Identify and engage the right prospects within target accounts through high-quality research and thoughtful outreach focused on relevance over volume.
  • Personalize every interaction by deeply understanding a prospect’s industry, role, challenges, and business priorities.
  • Initiate meaningful, consultative conversations that center on the customer’s needs, pains, and goals rather than pitching services immediately.
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact and represent Constructor’s values in all prospect interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing to align on account strategy, messaging, and qualification criteria.
  • Share insights and feedback from prospect conversations to help refine the go-to-market approach and improve customer relevance.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, research, and engagement in Salesforce to ensure team visibility and follow-up.
  • Continuously experiment with messaging, channels, and approaches to improve resonance, conversion, and pipeline quality.
  • Participate in on-site events (~10% of time) to engage prospects and customers alongside the Constructor team.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or sales development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • Basic comfort using sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Based in Europe with the ability to work across EMEA time zones.
  • Genuine interest in technology, ecommerce, and helping businesses solve complex challenges.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong motivation and consultative approach to prospecting.
  • Willingness to work ~90% remotely and travel to events/on-site when required (~10%).
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC is a plus.
