Description

  • Conduct shopper research and run experiments with product and data teams to validate design hypotheses.
  • Design novel agentic shopping interactions that guide shoppers from intent to purchase.
  • Collaborate with agent orchestrators to create dashboard tools for configuring, training, and optimizing shopping journeys without engineering support.
  • Translate research insights into production-ready interfaces across shopper- and merchandiser-facing experiences.
  • Define visual direction and interaction patterns for what product discovery could look like in the future.
  • Produce high-fidelity mockups and assets for homepage, search, PDP, filtering, guided shopping, and agent configuration surfaces.
  • Design scalable UX patterns that fit within Constructor's design system and component library.
  • Work closely with engineers, PMs, and cross-functional partners to shape direction and ship solutions.
  • Validate designs with real shopper data and live retailer-site UI experiments.
  • Own complex, ambiguous product problems with a systems-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Experience as a product designer who owns problems rather than screens.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and partnering with PMs to shape direction.
  • Experience translating research insights into production-ready interfaces.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Practical experience leading user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
  • Experience designing for unfamiliar or complex workflows, especially in B2B contexts.
  • Systems thinking with the ability to identify patterns and design reusable, scalable solutions.
  • Ability to define a bold visual design strategy for emerging product experiences.
  • Comfort working on products that use AI/LLMs and novel interaction patterns.
  • Goal-oriented, iterative mindset with a focus on high-impact problems and rapid learning.
