Description

  • Deliver, upgrade, and maintain infrastructure to high cybersecurity standards, including ISO and SOC2 requirements.
  • Drive code deployment workflows and CI/CD processes across development, test, staging, and production environments.
  • Set up, configure, and run infrastructure across multiple products and critical applications on AWS, Azure, and other cloud providers.
  • Work to improve DORA metrics across the group.
  • Collaborate with developers, SREs, Product Managers, Customer Success SRE, and infrastructure teams on day-to-day platform and operational issues.
  • Support development teams while planning strategically for platform growth.
  • Maintain strong documentation practices for infrastructure, deployment, and operational processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • 5+ years of experience as an SRE, Dev(Sec)Ops Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar role.
  • Experience with one or more of the following languages: JavaScript/NodeJS/TypeScript, Go, or Python.
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS and/or Azure.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization.
  • Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub or CircleCI.
  • Experience with monitoring systems such as LGTM, Prometheus, or adot.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts, including load balancers, routers, web application firewalls, and ingress controllers, as well as cybersecurity practices.
  • Experience building highly secure infrastructure with no single point of failure, high availability, and disaster recovery.
  • Ability to operate in a decentralized team and remote working environment.
  • Strong documentation practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD and testing iOS/Android apps at scale is a plus.
  • Background checks, including employment, education, and criminal record checks, are required for employment.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $164,000 to $218,000 USD for US-based candidates, excluding bonus, equity, or other benefits.
  • Bonus and equity may be available in addition to base salary.
