Description

  • Design, launch, and lead a new post–go-live adoption function from the ground up.
  • Build, manage, mentor, and coach a team of specialists focused on early-lifecycle product adoption.
  • Set goals, priorities, and operating expectations for team members to achieve operational results.
  • Use partner data, health indicators, usage trends, and risk signals to guide interventions and strategy.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, workflows, playbooks, and processes for the broader Partner Success organization.
  • Oversee dashboards, reporting, KPIs, and leadership reporting for adoption performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales, and Partner Success to improve partner outcomes.
  • Act as an escalation point to remove blockers and drive timely resolution.
  • Strengthen relationships with partners and executive stakeholders by aligning on goals and recommending solutions.
  • Train and develop team members through reviews, coaching, formal training, and written communication.

Requirements

  • Deep experience leading customer success or adoption teams.
  • Track record of using data to diagnose issues, shape strategy, and measure impact.
  • Strong operational thinking and experience building new processes from scratch.
  • Experience navigating complex customer environments and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate product usage, maturity indicators, and risk signals into action plans.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of SaaS metrics and the IT service provider market (preferred).
