Description

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
  • Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, configuration, and improvements for Salesforce.
  • Handle user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine administrative tasks.
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and system integrations.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and delivery of new development requests.
  • Partner with functional leaders, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to define and deploy new business processes.
  • Work with the institutional management team to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Train new users and help expand Salesforce knowledge across the organization.
  • Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams.
  • Research, analyze, document findings, and assess the impact of new requirements on connected systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • ADM201, ADM211, or another Salesforce Administration certification.
  • Preferred certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Developer.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience managing more than 1,500 Salesforce users in a current or previous organization.
  • Experience with deployment tools such as Copado or Gearset.
  • Experience with GitHub.
  • 6 months to 2 years of Salesforce CPQ experience.
  • Additional knowledge of Outreach, LeanData, and Gainsight.
